Laura is respected assistant to Sarah Davis. She holds a BA in Child & Youth Care from the University of Victoria and brings nearly 20 years of experience in community social and developmental support services. For the past eight years, she has guided film and TV talent, drawing on her unique perspective as a guardian to a former actor with over a decade in the industry. Laura is passionate about fostering growth and collaboration.

Dereck, a valued member of Sarah's team and a recent Simon Fraser University Criminology graduate, also holds a Legal Studies certification. Recognized for his academic excellence and consistent Honour Roll status, he brings strong analytical and communication skills to the film and entertainment industry. With a focus on legal writing and professional networking, Dereck offers a unique perspective on the business and ethical aspects of media.
