Her expertise spans the realms of leadership, talent development, and strategic business acumen. Sarah possesses an exceptional talent for identifying and nurturing emerging stars, guiding them to craft and execute well-defined strategic plans for their entertainment careers.
Originally from the UK, Sarah's influence extends worldwide, encompassing regions such as Canada, the United States, South America, Europe, and her very own Latin Division. Within this division, she collaborates with a diverse array of talents from Spain, South America, Portugal, and Mexico. Her reach is truly global.
She collaborates closely with industry giants, including Netflix, Amazon, HBO, Disney, Bravo, ABC, The CW, A&E, Hallmark, and more.
Her primary mission is to unite individuals with roles that ignite their passion and align with their sense of purpose.
Among her recent achievements are a slew of success stories, with talents securing Series Regular, Recurring Guest Star, and lead roles in hit shows such as "Hotel Cocaine," "Sight Unseen," "Joe Pickett," "One of Us Is Lying," "Lost Ollie," "Ivy and Bean," "Big Sky," "Just Breathe," "Mighty Ducks," and many others.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Sarah is deeply committed to giving back to the community. She has served as a volunteer judge for the Youth Talent Search in B.C., an initiative designed to provide young talents with exposure and invaluable experience in a theatrical environment. Sarah has assessed numerous showcases and participated in various agent panels.
Sarah, along with her husband, established their own foundation, focusing on the Canadian Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Women's Hospital, the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation, AIDS Vancouver, and other charitable initiatives.
Although the torch has been passed to another president, the foundation continues to thrive, leaving a lasting impact on the causes it supports.

Fabiana Villegas, originally from Colombia, arrived in Vancouver at 19 with the dream and dedication to study acting. She finished her Film and TV acting diploma at New Image College of Fine Arts in 2019.
She is excited to be an integral part of the Latin Division and is fluent in 3 languages, Spanish, Portuguese and English
Her subsequent time on set and in the industry over the next 4 years gave her a wide breadth of experience and insight.
Her passion is helping clients succeed and thrive in a fast paced environment and is excited to be a part of Sarah's team.
